SAWIA has licence in its favour to use, reproduce, communicate and make adaptations to the images. The licence will be perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and royalty-free, and will be assignable and sub-licensable in accordance with the following:

The licence will be free from any limitations or restrictions on use, subject to the following- 

 (i)   The images held in this library are the copyright of Milton Wordley.  They are licensed to the South Australian Wine Industry Association (SAWIA) and the South Australian Government to illustrate the South Australian wine region they represent.
 
       An individual wine company can only use or reproduce these images where that use or reproduction results in materials whose purpose is to promote or illustrate the wine region the images represent, eg in conjunction with the company's wine products.
 
       They are not to be used for any other purpose by any third party.  The images cannot be used in any marketing or advertising campaign not aligned to a region or promotion of that region, or for any other purpose, without the written permission of Milton Wordley; and

(ii)  Neither SAWIA nor Milton Wordley Photography will suffer or knowingly allow any of the images to be used, reproduced, communicated and adapted for the commercial benefit of any third parties unrelated to SAWIA or its members, or in any manner or form which may reasonably be viewed as being prejudicial to the honour or reputation of Milton Wordley Photography or which SAWIA would view (in its sole and absolute discretion) as being crass, vulgar or in poor taste.

Copyright of all  maps, presentations, logos and editorial text contained in this Internet site are owned by SAWIA. The licence will be perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and royalty-free, and will be assignable and sub-licensable in accordance with the following:

(i)    Stakeholders and brand advocates promoting in the marketplace must register their use of regional branding materials. Refer to the Terms of Use which outlines how to use materials in a consistent and sustained manner.

(ii)  It is expected that the ‘ready to print’ PDF files and WORD templates will only be used, reproduced, communicated or adapted in connection with or for the purposes of SAWIA, or for the benefit of the wine industry (including individual wine companies), South Australian tourism, or South Australia in general.
